In another attempt to make the Melt-in-the-mouth tarts...

This time round the crust was better but they still did not taste as good as those melt-in-the mouth ones.

The filling was the same but not as sweet as the previous time.

An improvement to my previous attempts but still not good enough to be mass produced for CNY. Maybe next year.... :P
